Dipping

Our NEW Jobbing Plant (Open Dip)
New modernised gas fired plant was commissioned on the 9th June 2014 and offers the following benefits:
  • No loss in production during power failures or load shedding
  • One kettle of 4.0 x 1.2 x 1.8 deep
  • Drying oven included within the process to maximize zinc coating quality
  • Four 3 ton overhead cranes available to maximize production
  • Carousel system used to feed black material into the facility and galvanized material to cleaning bays
  • Expected production rate to exceed 550 000 kg per month
