Iron and steel is readily galvanized provided the surface is contaminant free, effectively fluxed and suitably designed/manufactured to allow for adequate drainage of molten zinc and venting of cavities.
To assist us in delivering a high quality zinc coating some considerations by the manufacturer would help in achieving this.
